Tsunami has a variety of offerings on our menu to cater to all preferences. From succulent slices of sashimi to meticulously crafted cocktails, our menu is a celebration of the finest in Japanese cuisine. Tsunami’s Lafayette (1999), Baton Rouge @ The Shaw Center (2005), and New Orleans (2017) locations all found homes in the center of art and culture in Downtown communities.
Tsunami Highland (2024) allows us to expand our culinary legacy while maintaining the brand everyone knows and loves! Tsunami's menu focuses on fresh seafood and diverse Asian dishes. Our menu has remained water cooler conversation with its Japanese and Eastern flare while marrying it to our southern roots. Our talented chefs enjoy researching trends and emerging ingredients in order to bring new experiences to our customers. The menu offers standard sushi rolls, nigiri and sashimi and even some with a little South Louisiana enhancement.
